Our promise

Sanctum, operated by Jatin Madaan, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscription charges. If you are not satisfied with your Sanctum Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge date.

Free trial

All new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before day 7 to avoid being billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Sanctum orders.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or email us at jatinmadaan008@gmail.com with your order details and we will help you.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you no longer want, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile in the app or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to Premium until the end of the current billing period.
